Calls are powered by advanced AI technology that enables a simulated Santa character to engage in real-time, back-and-forth conversations. The Santa voice and personality are AI-assisted representations and are not live human performers.

The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not provide advice, guidance, emotional support, counseling, or emergency assistance of any kind.

3. Eligibility and Family Use

All purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian (“Parent”).

Children may participate only with parental consent and supervision.

Parents are responsible for their child’s participation and behavior during calls.

Children under the age of 13 may use the Service only with a supervising Parent present.

4. How the Service Works

After completing a one-time purchase, you will receive Santa’s phone number.
When you call from the same phone number used during checkout, Santa will recognize your number and access the personalized information you provided.

Personalization depends on the plan selected. Calls from unrecognized phone numbers may not receive a personalized experience.

5. Payments and Purchases

Real Santa Call operates on a one-time purchase basis only.

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Prices are displayed at checkout and processed securely through third-party payment providers.

All sales are final.

You are responsible for ensuring your phone service and device are capable of making audio calls.

6. Refund Policy

Each Santa Call is personalized based on the information you provide. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If a technical issue occurs on our end (such as a confirmed system failure or duplicate charge), please contact us and we will review the issue.

7. Safety, Conduct, and Appropriate Use

To keep the experience positive and family-friendly, you agree not to:

Transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

Attempt to manipulate, confuse, exploit, or “jailbreak” the AI Santa system

Use the Service for emergency, therapeutic, behavioral, or crisis support

Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for misuse, abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity, at our discretion.

8. Privacy and Children

Real Santa Call does not record or store audio calls except where consent is explicitly provided.

Limited technical logs (excluding call audio) may be used to maintain performance and security.

Parents control what information is submitted and shared for personalization.
