After completing your order, you’ll receive Santa’s special phone number. You can call Santa anytime from the phone number you submitted during checkout. Santa recognizes your number and uses the details you provided to create a personalized, magical conversation.


Do I need to schedule a time?

No scheduling is required. You can call Santa whenever your child is ready — no rushing, no missed calls, and no time restrictions.


Can I call Santa right away to test it?

Yes! You’re welcome to call Santa immediately after checkout to hear how it works. You can also call back later when your child is ready.


Personalization & Plans

How does Santa know my child’s information?

Santa uses the details you provide during checkout, including your child’s name and any additional information included in your selected plan. Santa recognizes your phone number and pulls up the correct information automatically.


What if I call from a different phone number?

Santa can only provide a personalized experience when you call from the same phone number used during checkout. Calls from other numbers won’t have access to your child’s details.


What’s the difference between the plans?

Each plan determines how much Santa knows and how many children can join the call:

Basic: One child, name plus one special detail

Advanced: Up to two children, with names, ages, gift wishes, and city

Family: Three to five children, full personalization plus parent notes

The more Santa knows, the more magical the experience feels.

What will Santa talk about?

Santa has a real, interactive conversation that may include:

That’s completely okay. Santa is gentle and patient, and parents are welcome to stay nearby or help guide the conversation.


Calling Back & Multiple Attempts

Can I call Santa more than once?

Yes. If your child isn’t ready, gets distracted, or wants to try again later, you can simply call back. Santa understands — Christmas magic happens best when the moment feels right.


Can family members or friends call Santa too?

The personalized experience works only when calling from the phone number used during checkout. Other callers may be guided to sign up so Santa knows who he’s speaking with.
