How do I order a Santa call?

Simply choose your Santa call type, fill out the form with your child’s name and details, select a date and time, and complete your one-time payment. Santa will call at the scheduled time you choose.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

This is a one-time payment only. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges of any kind.

What hours are Santa calls available?

Santa calls are available daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Available times will be shown during booking.

Can I choose the exact time Santa calls?

Yes. You’ll select a preferred date and time from available slots during checkout. Santa will call as close to the scheduled time as possible.

What if I need to change my scheduled time?

Yes, you can reschedule any time before your call with a link sent to your provided email after booking. Because each call is personalized and scheduled, rescheduling after a missed call may be limited. Please double-check your details before completing your order.

What will Santa talk about during the call?

Santa keeps the conversation warm, fun, and age-appropriate. He may:

Is the conversation live or pre-recorded?

The call is designed to feel like a real, interactive conversation, with back-and-forth dialogue that responds naturally to your child.

Will Santa ever scare or shame my child?

No. Santa is always kind, positive, and encouraging. Nice-list mentions are gentle and friendly, never threatening or upsetting.

What if my child is shy or doesn’t talk much?

That’s perfectly okay. Santa is experienced with shy children and will keep the call relaxed, patient, and comforting.

Can parents listen in on the call?

Yes. Parents are encouraged to be nearby or listen on speaker if they wish, as well as record the conversation with another phone to share on social media.

Santa uses the information you provide during booking to personalize the call.

Can I include more than one child?

Yes. Our Multiple Children Santa Call allows Santa to speak with up to five children in a single call.

Can I leave notes or guidance for Santa?

Yes. Parents who choose the Multiple Children Santa Call can provide optional notes or directions, which Santa will follow naturally during the call.

Missed Calls & Technical Questions

What if my child misses the call?

If the call is missed, Santa will do his best to leave a festive voicemail when possible.

What if there are technical issues?

If a technical issue occurs, we’ll make every effort to ensure your Santa call experience is handled with care.

What phone number will Santa call from?

Santa will call the phone number you provide during booking. Please ensure the number is correct and able to receive calls.
